GLOBAL HORIZON INC. is the corporate name of the company. GZON™ is used as a product brand of Global Horizon Inc. The ™ symbol indicates a claim to trademark rights and does not indicate federal or other registered trademark status. Where a mark becomes registered, the appropriate symbol and notice will be used.

How we describe intellectual property

Global Horizon keeps these categories distinct and does not blur them:

• Technology developed internally by Global Horizon.
• Intellectual property owned by other entities or strategic partners, which Global Horizon does not claim to own.
• Technologies that may be developed with or licensed from strategic IP partners, including CIVITERA GovTech Inc., where applicable.
• Applications described as filed only once they have actually been filed; work still in preparation is described as such.

Nothing on this website is labelled "Patent Pending" unless a qualifying application has actually been filed. This site does not publish patent counts.

Partner and third-party marks

Any third-party names or marks referenced remain the property of their respective owners. Their mention does not imply endorsement, partnership, or affiliation unless expressly stated and authorized.
