The website form
When you submit the contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, organization, business email, country or region, purpose of contact, subject, an optional organization URL, and your message. This information is used to review and respond to your inquiry and is delivered to our company inbox (info@globalhorizoninc.com). We keep limited operational and security logs (such as a request identifier, timestamp, inquiry category, and delivery outcome). Message delivery is handled by a transactional email provider; provider details are recorded internally. We apply a reasonable retention principle and do not sell your information.
Email correspondence
You can email us directly at any time. If you do, Global Horizon will receive your email address, your message, and any information you choose to include, and will use it to respond to and keep a record of your inquiry.

No analytics or advertising cookies are currently loaded by the website code. If analytics, advertising, or other non-essential technologies are introduced later, this notice will be updated and, where legally required, an appropriate consent or preference mechanism will be added before they load.
Email updates subscription
If you choose to follow Global Horizon updates, we collect your email address to send selected company, technology, product, and corporate updates. Subscription uses double opt-in: after you submit your address, we email you a confirmation link, and you are only subscribed once you confirm. We keep a record of your subscription status, the time you subscribed and confirmed, the consent source, and a consent version. Every update email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time. We do not add contact-form submitters to updates automatically - the contact form and the updates subscription are separate, with no shared consent. Delivery is handled by a transactional email provider recorded internally.
Service providers we use
To operate the contact form and updates subscription, we use a small set of service providers, each in a limited role: Vercel (website hosting and serverless functions), Resend (transactional email delivery for contact acknowledgements and subscription confirmations, sending from notify.globalhorizoninc.com), Supabase (secure storage of subscription records), and Upstash (rate-limiting and abuse protection). Our corporate inbox for receiving inquiries (info@globalhorizoninc.com) is provided by Google Workspace. This website also currently loads fonts from Google Fonts. These providers process only the limited data needed for their function. We do not enable behavioral email open or click tracking on our transactional and confirmation messages by default. We make no claim of compliance with any specific data-protection regime.
Hosting and security data
Website hosting and security infrastructure may process limited technical information such as IP address, request time, browser or device information, and security logs where necessary to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the website. We do not claim a specific hosting provider or retention period here; these will be described in the complete policy.
Fonts and external resources
This website currently loads its fonts (Inter, Space Grotesk, and IBM Plex Mono) from Google Fonts. When your browser requests these fonts, the font provider may receive limited technical information such as your IP address and browser information as part of delivering them. We are evaluating serving fonts directly from our own infrastructure to reduce this. Any decision to self-host fonts or to continue using an external provider will be confirmed as part of production privacy verification.
How information is used
Information you submit or send is intended to be used only to review and respond to your inquiry, and to maintain a record of correspondence. It is not intended to be sold. We do not claim any specific certification or regulatory registration at this time.
Sharing
We do not intend to share information you provide with third parties except where necessary to operate the website or respond to your inquiry, or where required by law. Any service providers used to operate a live service will be described in the complete policy.
Your choices
You can contact us at contact@globalhorizoninc.com to ask what correspondence we hold about you, or to request its deletion. You can also clear the functional cookie through your browser settings. Specific statutory rights that may apply to you will be described in the complete policy once the service is live.
Changes
We may update this notice as the website develops. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
