For specific technologies and products, technology status and IP status are separate fields. Where corporate verification of a status is not yet available, that is stated plainly rather than guessed.

How we state status. Technology status and IP status are separate. We do not label anything "Patent Pending" unless a qualifying application has actually been filed, or "Patented" without an issued patent, and we do not publish patent counts. Where a specific status is not yet corporately verified, we say that detailed status information will be published after verification rather than assign an optimistic label.
How domains become products and programs.
Technology in these domains is intended to move toward products (including the GZON™ family) and programs (including licensing), where it is ready and rights permit.

Domains are packaged into product families such as GZON™, described as a roadmap until launched.
Programs
Technology and intellectual property may be licensed to partners where appropriate.
